The hotel is very close to the metro station. This made travel around the area VERY easy. I found a supermarket just around the corner from the hotel. We got two complimentary bottles of water in the room daily.

Waiting felt frustrating at times. The breakfast area was a bit too chaotic. Things ran out and replacements were slow.

I found the free valet service useful, especially after long days exploring. the room was noticeably clean. the hotel's location proved ideal, i was just a short walk from both supermarkets and several diverse restaurants. It added so much to my stay! staff members were unfailingly attentive and friendly. They made a difference.

the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, all well kept. there is a large swimming pool that is available to relax, though it can get a little crowded sometimes. the hotel also provides free valet parking.

the guest room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, it was very luxurious. a well-stocked minibar was available, and a coffee machine was present, i could get caffeinated when i wanted. the bed was big and comfortable.

early check-in was graciously arranged when i arrived, which i greatly appreciated after my flight. the housekeeping staff kept my room immaculate, it. staff at the front desk were ready to respond.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options, with many choices available for everyone. the dining staff regularly checked to ensure every guest had what they needed, i loved it. the chefs were careful about allergies.

The hotel was near the metro and provided shuttle buses to the beach and the mall. this was very convenient for transportation. i asked for a higher floor room and the hotel accommodated that request. They also left a cake for my wife's birthday. This showed good customer care.

The furniture felt old and not very clean i noticed. It made moving around frustrating.

The room was clean, secure, and comfortable. It had great views from the window. I especially liked how close it was to the station, just a short walk.

The pillows seemed like slices of bread, disappointing. The bathroom was small and cramped. I also noticed that the fridge was making a lot of noise, it kept me up at night
